They highlighted that helping a fellow Muslim and striving for their well-being carries more reward than a month of Itikaf in Masjid Nabawi. They also noted that even before Prophethood, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was a remarkable social worker.
Speakers underlined the importance of blood donation, saying that saving one life is equivalent to saving all of humanity. They pointed out that many patients, especially accident victims and those without guardians, are in dire need of blood, which is often unavailable in hospitals. Moreover, blood donors are less likely to suffer from diseases. They urged people to donate blood to help the needy, seeking Allah’s pleasure and preparing for their hereafter.
