The Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, congratulated First Lady Asifa Bhutto Zardari on her birthday, acknowledging her role in public service and democratic engagement.

The BISP chairperson also highlighted the importance of encouraging youth participation in national affairs, saying that leadership grounded in public service plays a key role in addressing social and economic challenges.
