She directed the Benazir Hunarmand Programme team to gather firsthand data from women in District Kurram on their existing skills, skills they wish to acquire, and the availability of training institutions in the area.

She emphasized that compiling comprehensive and localized information would enable BISP, in coordination with relevant institutions, to design targeted training initiatives. According to the chairperson, such focused interventions are intended to help women access sustainable livelihood opportunities and improve their economic conditions.

During the meeting, Senator Rubina Khalid also urged the delegation to raise awareness among women in their communities about the Benazir Hunarmand Programme and its registration process to ensure wider participation.
