BISE Swat honors examination staff; two employees promoted

In line with special directives from the Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Swat held a formal ceremony at its office in Saidu Sharif to honor examination staff for their outstanding performance during the recent matriculation and intermediate examinations.

During the ceremony, Chairman Professor Tasbihullah presented certificates of appreciation and cash awards to selected staff members who demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism.

On the occasion, the board also announced the promotion of two employees. Mr Fazal Rehman was promoted to the post of Assistant, while Mr Tariq Kamal was elevated to the position of Senior Clerk. The official promotion orders were formally handed over by Chairman Professor Tasbihullah and Secretary Mr Umar Hussain.

The ceremony was attended by Secretary Umar Hussain, Controller of Examinations Muhammad Basheer, Deputy Controller Muhammad Ishaq, and other senior officials of the board.

Addressing the gathering, Chairman Professor Tasbihullah praised the selected staff for their honesty, hard work, and commitment to duty, calling them the true asset of the institution. He emphasized that such recognition not only boosts the morale and performance of the employees but also enhances the overall image of the organization.

He further stated that the board is committed to promoting professional development, performance-based growth, and staff welfare, adding that such initiatives will continue as part of BISE Swat’s focus on merit and transparency.
