Approval Granted for Additional 8 Kilometers of Jhari Kas Road Construction – People of Kotara Express Gratitude. Alhamdulillah, official approval has been granted for the construction of an additional eight kilometers of the road from Budha to Jhari Kas. Secretary Information Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Adeel Iqbal Awan has once again demonstrated his selfless commitment and sincere dedication to his constituency by securing this latest development.
Previously, Malik Adeel Iqbal Awan had successfully secured funding of Rs. 30 million for the Gawari to Thali Kot and Jhari Kas road segments. Now, with the approval of this further extension, a long-standing public demand has been fulfilled. The residents of Union Council Kotara have expressed profound gratitude to MPA Malik Adeel Iqbal Awan for his tireless efforts, noting that they had been awaiting the completion of this vital road for the past 20 years. Today, the long-delayed project is finally progressing toward realization.
In this regard, Malik Naveed Iqbal—Coordinator to the MPA for Tehsil Ghazi and former candidate for Tehsil Chairman—shared with the media that multiple development projects are currently underway in the constituency. He emphasized that special focus is being placed on the education sector, with substantial funds already allocated for the upgradation of schools, renovation and construction of buildings, and the provision of essential facilities. Malik Naveed Iqbal affirmed that MPA Malik Adeel Iqbal’s mission is not merely to make promises, but to translate them into tangible progress. This commitment, he said, is evident in the new era of development now being witnessed across the region.
According to local residents, the construction of this road will not only significantly improve travel convenience but also open new avenues for regional development and prosperity.
