Shatalu Sharif, Serikot – The annual Urs of the revered spiritual leader, Pir Syed Muhammad Tayyab Shah (RA), commences today with great religious fervor and reverence. The sacred ceremonies are being held under the patronage of Pir Syed Muhammad Tahir Shah and the supervision of Pir Syed Muhammad Sabir Shah at the spiritual center of Shatalu Sharif in Serikot. The program will formally begin with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by spiritual addresses by esteemed religious scholars and heartfelt naats by renowned naat reciters. Attendees are expected to gain spiritual inspiration and blessings from these sessions.
As part of the Urs celebrations, a graduation ceremony will be held for the students of Tayyab-ul-Uloom Educational Complex, during which certificates will be awarded to the graduates. A special session titled “Dastar-e-Fazilat and Certificate Distribution” will feature a keynote address by Sahibzada Pir Syed Muhammad Sabir Shah. Prominent political and social figures are also expected to attend the ceremony. Sahibzada Qasim Shah, Chairman of PML-N, Tehsil Ghazi, and Sahibzada Hamid Shah, President of PML-N, District Haripur, will formally welcome the distinguished guests. A large number of devotees, disciples, and spiritual followers from across the country and abroad are expected to participate in the Urs festivities. The ceremony will conclude with the distribution of langar (blessed meal) among the attendees.
