KARACHI: A District and Sessions Court (South) has scheduled October 29 for the indictment of Anmol, alias Pinky, and other accused in a drug recovery case.
During the hearing, jail authorities failed to produce Anmol alias Pinky before the court, while co-accused Kamran appeared.
The court expressed displeasure over the failure to present the accused and issued production orders directing the authorities to ensure her appearance at the next hearing.
The court also ordered that Anmol be brought before it on the scheduled date for further proceedings in the case.
According to the report, a drug recovery case against Anmol alias Pinky and Kamran was registered at the Darakhshan Police Station.
The court is scheduled to proceed with the indictment on October 29.
