After the stay order from the civil judge’s court, there is a strong possibility that the general body meeting will be postponed to obtain a vote of confidence for the President and General Secretary of the All Traders Federation. While the central chairman has confirmed that he has not received any notice from the court. A new controversy has arisen over the proposal of the Central Election Commission to obtain a vote of confidence for the central leadership of the Abbottabad All Traders Federation, the President and General Secretary. According to sources, Malik Saleem Awan, the President of Anjuman Tajran Tanchi Chowk and former central leader of the All Traders Federation, has obtained a stay order from the civil judge’s court against the Central Election Commission, accusing it of taking decisions contrary to the constitution.
According to Malik Saleem Awan, the Central Election Commission had advised the President of the All Traders Federation, Malik Naeem Awan, to convene a general body meeting in a month to obtain a vote of confidence in the presence of leaders of large groups of traders. While the All Traders Federation There is a provision in the constitution regarding no-confidence motion, but no procedure has been clarified to obtain a vote of confidence. They have obtained a stay order to prevent the Central Election Commission from taking decisions, making the members of the Central Election Commission and others parties. In this regard, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Syed Farman Shah, has told the media that he has not received any notice of any kind. It should be noted that on May 18, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, the Tajir Ittehad Group, Kent City Tajir Ittehad, Abbottabad Business Council, and Malik Naeem Awan Group had given their authority to the Central Chairman, according to whose decision Malik Naeem Awan and Haji Mumtaz Khan were reinstated. And a general body meeting was to be convened within a month and a vote of confidence was to be obtained. Otherwise, any other group could have won in the form of a majority. However, when a dispute arose between the simple and two-thirds majority, Malik Saleem Awan, President of the Anjuman Tajran Tanchi Chowk, obtained a stay order against the Election Commission.
