Allegations of Inefficiency and Nepotism Muhammad Islam Yousafzai alleged that the Swat Board is operating like a feudal system, with no one holding its officials accountable for their poor performance. He demanded that the board stop humiliating teachers in Shangla and improve its working style. Threat of Boycott If the board fails to rectify its mistakes, the AGEC will boycott the board’s activities, and teachers, educational circles, students, and the public will take to the streets to protest. The chairman emphasized that the Swat Board’s administration is trying to mislead the public by covering up its poor performance. Poor Exam Arrangements The recent matriculation and FSc exams were marred by poor arrangements, which are unprecedented. The AGEC will continue to protest against the board’s actions, which include humiliating teachers in Shangla and Buner exam halls and favoring specific individuals. Demand for Change The AGEC demands that the Swat Board correct its approach and ensure a fair and transparent examination process. Until then, the council will continue to oppose the board’s actions and advocate for the rights of teachers and students in Shangla.
