LAHORE, September 10, 2026: A sessions court in Lahore has confirmed bail for TikToker Ali Hyderabadi in a case filed by his former wife, Zainab, after a medical board report presented during the proceedings raised questions about the injuries she had reportedly shown.
Additional Sessions Judge Noreen Anjum heard the case, while Ali Hyderabadi was represented by lawyer Rana Intizar Hussain. During the hearing, the court was presented with a medical board report that reportedly found the injuries claimed by the complainant to be fabricated.
Court reviews medical evidence
Ali Hyderabadi’s lawyer urged the court to closely examine the allegations and evidence submitted in the case. Following arguments from both sides, the court confirmed the TikToker’s bail, providing him with legal relief in the case registered on Zainab’s complaint.
The medical board’s findings have become a significant part of the proceedings, although the bail decision does not by itself determine the final outcome of the case or establish criminal liability.
Lawyer signals possible legal action
Rana Intizar Hussain said legal action would be initiated against those allegedly responsible for preparing false medical evidence.
He maintained that no citizen should face legal proceedings on the basis of fabricated evidence and said those found to have attempted to mislead the legal process should face action in accordance with the law.
Further proceedings in the case will determine how the medical findings and other available evidence are considered by the court.
