TikToker Ali Hyderabadi has challenged his wife’s medical report in a Lahore district court, requesting the formation of a new medical board to independently review the findings.
The petition argues that the existing report, which states that his wife’s finger was fractured, does not reflect the facts. The case is now before the court, where Ali Hyderabadi has sought a fresh medical examination to ensure a transparent investigation.
Petition Filed in Lahore District Court
The application was submitted through Ali Hyderabadi’s lawyer, Rana Intizar Hussain, in the Lahore district court.
According to the petition, the medical report incorrectly concluded that his wife’s finger had been fractured. The petitioner maintains that no fracture occurred and has asked the court to order a new medical assessment.
Request for Independent Medical Review
Ali Hyderabadi has urged the court to constitute a new medical board to re-examine the case. The petition states that an independent review is necessary to verify the medical findings and establish the facts.
The court has been requested to issue directions for a fresh medical examination as part of the proceedings. No ruling on the application was immediately available.
