Akshay Kumar sells four Mumbai properties in a month, earns around Rs195 million

Mumbai — Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has reportedly sold four residential properties in Mumbai within a span of one month, earning approximately Rs19.5 crore (around Rs195 million), according to property registration records.

The transactions, completed in June 2026, have drawn attention in India’s real estate market, highlighting continued high-value activity in luxury housing across Mumbai.

Luxury apartments sold in Malad West project

According to reports, the actor sold two luxury apartments in Oberoi Enigma, located in Malad West, on June 30. The combined sale value of these units was reported at Rs12.38 crore.

Each apartment reportedly covers around 1,886 square feet and includes three parking spaces. The properties were originally purchased in 2017 for approximately Rs9 crore, generating an estimated profit of over Rs3.3 crore on resale.

Earlier sale in Borivali East

Earlier in June 2026, the actor also sold two additional apartments in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali East, with a combined reported value of Rs7.1 crore.

Together, the four transactions reflect a total value of nearly Rs19.5 crore within a single month.

Real estate investments under spotlight

The latest transactions have once again brought attention to celebrity investments in Mumbai’s premium housing sector, where high-value property deals remain a key feature of the market.
