Bollywood’s famous couple, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, have sold their luxury apartment for a whopping amount.
According to Indian media, Akshay Kumar and his wife, Twinkle Khanna, have sold their lavish apartment in Mumbai’s Worli area for ₹80 crore.
Reports indicate that this apartment is located in the upscale Worli neighborhood, in a well-known high-rise called 360 West Tower. Its seaside location makes it highly valuable and a center of attraction.
The actor couple’s apartment was on the 39th floor, covering an area of 6,830 square feet, with four dedicated parking spaces in the tower.
Indian media reports that the sale deal for this apartment was finalized on January 31 for ₹80 crore, while the official documents reveal that ₹4.80 crore was paid as stamp duty.
Additionally, the tower is home to Bollywood celebrities like Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput, Abhishek Bachchan, and other actors and business tycoons.
