ISLAMABAD, November 4, 2026: Air Link Communication Limited has entered Pakistan’s electric two-wheeler market with the launch of AirV, a locally manufactured electric motorcycle brand offering multiple models for urban commuters and commercial users.
In a disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday, the company confirmed that the launch follows its July 23 approval of an electric bike manufacturing project.
The AirV portfolio comprises 11 models across six series, with the company claiming a riding range of up to 200 kilometres on selected variants.
Air Link said the motorcycles will feature technologies including cruise control, regenerative battery technology, near-field communication (NFC) functionality and anti-theft systems. Features and riding ranges will vary depending on the model.
The company has yet to announce complete technical specifications and prices for all 11 motorcycles.
AirV production is planned at Air Link’s manufacturing facility in the Sundar Green Special Economic Zone in Lahore, where the company intends to use its existing infrastructure to support the new electric mobility business.
Air Link also plans to leverage its nationwide distribution network to reach individual customers and enterprise buyers.
The launch represents a diversification of Air Link’s manufacturing operations into electric mobility, adding another corporate participant to Pakistan’s increasingly competitive electric motorcycle segment.
For prospective buyers, the most significant outstanding details are the individual models’ prices, battery capacities, charging times and confirmed availability, which will help determine how AirV compares with existing electric motorcycles in the local market.
The company’s claimed maximum range of 200 kilometres is model-specific and should not be interpreted as the standard range across the entire lineup.
