In Pind Dadan Khan, a convention organized by Afaq Publishers at Royal Marriage Hall was attended by a large number of school principals from across the tehsil. Afaq’s Executive Trainer, Mujib-ur-Rehman Tareen, advised participants on improving their educational institutions. He emphasized that the first step is to clarify the mission and vision of their institutions. Additionally, they need to establish processes and procedures for every system in the school. Teacher development, particularly their instructional training, holds fundamental importance. Furthermore, school principals should continuously audit the quality of their schools.

Afaq Publishers’ Regional Head, Quddoos Qureshi, reminded the principals of their responsibilities, stating that a school is not a shop but a training ground. The purpose for which parents entrust their children to schools should be fulfilled with integrity. He also noted that private educational institutions have taken on more than half of the government’s burden, and the government should collaborate with public-private partnerships to achieve national educational goals.

The head of Afaq for Pind Dadan Khan region, Abdul Manan, thanked all participants for their attendance.
