LOWER DIR: The elections of non governmental organizations ABKT have been conducted. Newly elected cabinet is going to take oath of office in this week of February.
Association for Behavior and Knowledge Transformation (ABKT) cabinet elections were held. Earlier, the general body meeting was held under the chairmanship of the interim committee chairman senior journalist Habib Muhammad Khattak. In which 23 out of 30 registered members of the general body participated and cast their votes. And seven members of the new cabinet were elected for the next three years from 2025 to 2027. Three responsible officers of the Social Welfare Department Lower Dir, Behror Shad, Zubair Shah and Rahimullah, participated during the election. The election was held in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere under the chairmanship of the three-member interim committee chairman senior journalist Habib Muhammad Khattak. The newly elected cabinet members will take oath of office in this week of February and will serve for the next three years. ABKT Executive Director Shad Begum congratulated the new cabinet members on their election and expressed her best wishes for them. She also emphasized the promotion of voluntary services for positive change in the society. She also expressed her expectation that the new cabinet will maintain the good record of ABKT’s past services.
