Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is reportedly planning a large family residential project in Mumbai following his recent marriage to longtime friend and business partner Gauri Spratt. According to Indian media reports, the proposed development aims to accommodate several members of his family within the same residential complex.

The project, which is expected to be developed in Mumbai’s Pali Hill neighborhood, would include living spaces for Aamir Khan, his wife, close family members, and, according to reports, an apartment for his former wife Kiran Rao and their son Azad.

Redevelopment Planned in Pali Hill

Media reports say the project involves the redevelopment of two adjoining residential buildings, Bella Vista and Marina Apartments, into a single modern residential complex.

Aamir Khan already owns multiple apartments in Bella Vista and has reportedly invested more than ₹100 crore in the redevelopment plan.

Separate Floors for Family Members

According to the reports, the apartments will be combined to create a large sky villa, with separate floors designated for different members of the family.

One floor is expected to be allocated to Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan, while two floors are reportedly planned for Aamir Khan, Gauri Spratt, and Gauri’s son.

The project is also expected to include accommodation for Aamir Khan’s mother Zeenat Hussain and his sisters Nikhat Khan and Farhat Khan.

Apartment Also Reportedly Planned for Kiran Rao

Reports further suggest that an apartment may also be reserved for Kiran Rao and her son Azad as part of the same residential project.

Neither Aamir Khan nor his representatives have publicly commented on the reported redevelopment plans.
