The International Cricket Council (ICC) has named Pakistani spinner Nauman Ali as the Player of the Month.
The ICC awarded Nauman Ali the Player of the Month title for October. Nauman delivered an outstanding performance in the Test series against England, and this is his first time winning the ICC Player of the Month award.
Alongside Nauman Ali, South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada and New Zealand spinner Mitchell Santner were also nominated. However, Nauman’s exceptional performance outshined the others, earning him the title.
The Pakistani spinner expressed his joy at receiving the Player of the Month award and thanked his fellow cricketers for their support.
It is noteworthy that Pakistan won the Test series against England 2-0, with Nauman Ali taking 20 wickets at an impressive average of 13.85.
