Islamabad: Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, along with Member Engineering and other relevant officers, visited Sector C-14 to review the progress of ongoing development work in detail.
The relevant officers briefed the Chairman about the ongoing development work in Sector C-14.
During the briefing, it was highlighted that Sector C-14 is a prime residential project situated at a prime location in Islamabad, nestled at the foothills of Margalla Hills National Park. Over 90% of the road infrastructure work in Sector C-14 has been completed, while more than 50% of the drainage and sewerage work has also been accomplished while the remaining development work will be completed soon.
Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa directed that the pace of development work in Sector C-14 should be further accelerated. He emphasized that the possession of plots will be handed over to the allottees upon payment of the final installment.
Chairman CDA also directed that the highest standards of quality must be ensured in the development work of Sector C-14.
Chairman CDA further stated that obstacles in the development work of other sectors in Islamabad should be resolved promptly. He directed that construction activities in new sectors should also be expedited to ensure timely completion.
In light of the growing population, Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa highlighted that CDA is planning to launch more sectors in future to meet the housing needs of Islamabad’s citizens.
