Kallar kahar: Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists annual general body meeting was held at National Press Club Islamabad in which officials of Chakwal/Talagang unit specially participated. Under the leadership of Unit Muhammad Riaz Anjum, General Secretary Muhammad Ali Awan, Vice President Raja Burhan Ghani, Chairman Executive Body Toqeer Anwar, Joint Secretary Usman Awan and Secretary Information Raja Saqib. Abbas attended, in the main meeting RIUJ Central General Secretary Asif Bashir Chaudhry presented the annual performance report to all the members while Central Finance Secretary Nadeem Chaudhry presented the annual finance report after which the question period began. The thunder of Chakwal/Tala Gang Unit was also heard in the Islamabad National Press Club, Central President Tariq Ali Wirk made a special mention of the swearing-in ceremony of Chakwal/Tala Gang Unit in words of praise. Appreciation while giving special thanks to all the officials for participating in the General Body meeting and inviting them to participate in the annual elections on January 30, which President Muhammad Riaz Anjum accepted and promised to come together with all the officials, PFUJ Afzal Butt, Central President of RIUJ and Patron General of RIUJ also appreciated the arrival of Chakwal/Talagang unit, later on first regular organizational meeting of Chakwal/Talagang unit after taking oath in National Press Club Islamabad was held, chaired by Muhammad Riaz Anjum, the meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Secretary General Muhammad Ali Awan read the Resulution sending by Muhammad Usman Awan and Important matters were taken up for consideration which were duly approved by the House.
