SWAT: A husband as soon as he returned from Saudi Arabia killed his wife by stabbing her with a knife at Gojaro kalay Miandam of Khwaja Khela Tehsil of Swat district here on Monday. Police officials confirmed.
According to SP Upper Swat Attaullah Shams, the accused Taj Muhammad son of Bahadur Khan arrived from Saudi Arabia in the morning and as soon as he reached home, he stabbed his wife of four children, Mst (N), and killed him.
The reason for the murder was not immediately known.
However, the police of Fatehpur police station have registered a case against Taj Muhammad, his brother Siddique and co-accused Riyaz, involved in the complaint of the deceased’s uncle Muhammad Alam, and have arrested two accused, while the arrest of one accused Siddique is in progress.
