During the interaction, the COAS described Balochistan as the pride of Pakistan, praising its resilient, vibrant, and patriotic people as the province’s greatest asset. He highlighted ongoing development initiatives by both Federal and Provincial governments, emphasizing a people-centric approach aimed at unlocking Balochistan’s vast economic potential for the benefit of its citizens.

Field Marshal Munir acknowledged the vital role of civil society, particularly youth engagement, in driving sustainable development and countering divisive political narratives. He stressed that empowering young people is key to long-term prosperity and stability in the region.

Addressing security concerns, the COAS condemned the activities of Indian-sponsored proxies—Fitna al Hindustan and Fitna al Khawarij—accusing them of spreading anti-people and anti-development agendas with the intent to incite violence. He assured participants that decisive actions are underway to eliminate these threats and restore peace across the province.

Reiterating Pakistan’s desire for regional peace and stability, the COAS made it clear that any violation of the country’s territorial integrity, whether direct or indirect, would be met with a firm and resolute response to protect the lives and well-being of its citizens.

The session concluded with an open Q&A, allowing participants to engage candidly with the Army Chief on matters of national importance.
