ISLAMABAD — The China Mobile Global Partners Conference 2025 concluded in Guangzhou, China, unveiling four major cooperation initiatives that signal a bold leap into the AI-powered digital future. The annual event, hosted by China Mobile since 2013, brought together global partners to showcase advancements in technological innovation and digital-intelligent transformation.

The China Mobile Global Partners Conference 2025 featured a keynote address by China Mobile Chairman Yang Jie, titled “Carbon-Silicon Symbiosis: Co-Creating the AI+ Era.” The speech set the tone for a forward-looking agenda centered on Artificial Intelligence, international branding, quantum communications, and digital-intelligent living.

Among the headline announcements was the upgraded “AI+ Action Plan” and the launch of the “AI+ Ecological Alliance,” positioning China Mobile as a global AI supplier, aggregator, and operator. The company emphasized its commitment to co-developing AI-driven business models and applications with international partners.

On the global branding front, China Mobile introduced “CMobile” as its new international identity. The brand reflects the company’s “4C” strategy—Customer, Cooperation, Creation, and Connection—and was launched alongside a comprehensive brand refresh and the formation of the International Ecological Alliance.

In a major push toward next-generation communication, China Mobile also announced the “Light Up 100 Cities” Quantum Test Network and the Quantum Ecological Alliance. These initiatives aim to accelerate industrial collaboration and scale up China’s quantum communication ecosystem.

To enhance digital lifestyles, the company launched “China Mobile AiGou” (Mobile Love Shopping) and the Digital-Intelligent Life Mall Ecological Alliance. This platform integrates connectivity, applications, user rights, and hardware to create a one-stop digital living experience for over a billion users.

Over the past two years, China Mobile has rapidly advanced its transformation strategy, strengthening its infrastructure with dual 100Gbps networks and computing power grids. It has rolled out the “China Mobile AiJia” (Mobile Love Home) and the “5G Leadership Plan,” while promoting AI+ services and launching new-generation information consumption products.

These developments also reinforce China Mobile’s role in supporting the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the broader Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). As a wholly owned subsidiary, Zong is set to bring these “Chinese Solutions” to Pakistan, accelerating the country’s digital transformation.
