Like other parts of the country, on the call of Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan (JI), a demonstration against Palestinian unity was held at Bacha Khan Chaw in Landi Kotal market on Friday.
This protest action was organized under the banner of JI, Khyber and was joined by many JI workers from various ranks.
To show their support for Palestine, they carried placards and placards, some of which read: “Stop the Genocide,” “Free Palestine,” etc.
Speaking at the event, Sultan Akbar Afridi, Haji Hasan, Muqtader Shah Afridi, Mirat Hussain Afridi and others criticized the United States and European countries for supporting Israel’s oppression of the Palestinians.
Raising our voice for Palestine is part of Muslim responsibility and belief, he said.
Demonstrators vowed to go to the streets to make people understand that our rulers should not be afraid of the United States and that they want to be on the side of Palestine.
They asked Muslim countries to unite for the Palestinian cause and for the United Nations to play an active role in ending the genocide of the Palestinians.
Participants from Bacha Khan Square to train and taxi stations, dispersed after praying for the success of Palestinian Muslims.
It should be mentioned here that more than thirty two thousand Palestinians, including women and children, have been martyred and seventy thousand people have been injured in the Israeli attack on Gaza.
