In a tragic incident, two teenage boys drowned while bathing in a stream in the scenic valley of Gabin Jabba, Swat. According to Rescue 1122 officials, the incident occurred at the Charaai area where 16-year-old Saleem and 14-year-old Yaman lost balance and slipped into deep water while swimming.
Upon receiving the alert, Rescue 1122’s professional divers and water rescue team rushed to the site and launched an extensive search operation. After hours of relentless efforts, both bodies were recovered from the stream and handed over to local authorities and the grieving families.
The tragic incident has cast a shadow over the otherwise serene tourist destination, prompting renewed calls for caution near water bodies and natural streams.
