Lahore: CBD Punjab has successfully completed another groundbreaking project, CBD Route 47. The 4.2 kilometer long 3-lane bi-directional road is scheduled to be inaugurated by Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi tomorrow. , which is an important milestone in the development of the region’s infrastructure.
CBD Punjab Managing Director, Imran Amin chaired a comprehensive progress review meeting that ensured meticulous attention to detail in the final preparations of CBD Route 47. The meeting attended by senior officials including Chief Commercial Officer, Mohammed Omer, Chief Technical Officer, Riaz Hussain , Marketing Director Waseem Siddiq, Project Management Director, Asif Iqbal, Architecture and Planning Director, Sameer Aftab Sial and Construction Director, Asif Babar showcased the joint efforts of CBD Punjab, NLC and NESPAK.
Speaking at the meeting, Chief Executive Officer of CBD Punjab Imran Amin said, “CBD Route 47 will improve traffic flow and offer seamless and efficient commuting to the people of Punjab.”
The name CBD Route 47 is given as a tribute to Father of the Nation Quaid E Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, his companions and independence martyrs. CBD Route 47 is strategically designed to provide easy access from Main Boulevard Gulberg, CBD Punjab Quaid District, to Walton Road, CBD Punjab Bab District.
This transformational project reflects CBD Punjab’s commitment to improve connectivity and infrastructure, contributing to the overall development of the region.
