After fifty years, a historic scout camp was organized in Ghora Gali, Murree. The camp was inaugurated by renowned social figure and member of the Advisory Committee of Scouts Punjab, Raja Mujahid Afsar Khan Dandot. A large number of scouts from all over Punjab, including special people, participated in the scout camp. In his speech on the occasion, Raja Mujahid Afsar Khan Dandot said that the first scout of Pakistan was Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and I am proud that I am serving my country and nation by following in his footsteps. Before that, upon reaching the camp, Secretary Punjab Scouts Tariq Qureshi welcomed Raja Mujahid Afsar. He gave a briefing about the activities of the scouts and said that scouts play a prominent role in difficult situations or times of war. The 20-year-old friendship with Raja Mujahid Afsar has now turned into a love affair. His services are unforgettable. On this occasion, Raja Mujahid Afsar Khan encouraged the scouts who performed outstandingly. Dandoot also awarded him a cash prize. At the end of the ceremony, Secretary Scouts Punjab Tariq Qureshi presented an honorary shield to Raja Mujahid Afsar and said that soon Raja Mujahid Afsar Khan will also be given a prominent position for his full participation in the betterment and welfare of Punjab Scouts.
