Rawalpindi: Twenty-three khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy Fitna Al Khwarij were killed in two separate engagements in Kurram District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.
Security Forces Conduct Intelligence-Based Operation
On the reported presence of Khwarij, a targeted operation was conducted by the Security Forces. During the conduct of the operation, own troops effectively engaged the militants’ location and after an intense fire exchange, twelve militants were sent to hell.
Second Engagement Neutralizes Another Group of Khwarij
Capitalising on intelligence with respect to the presence of another group of Indian sponsored kharji, in the same general area, in another intelligence-based operation, own troops successfully neutralized eleven more terrorists.
Sanitization Under Azm-e-Istehkam to Eliminate Remaining Threat
Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorists found in the area as relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan) by the Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
