16 Million Approved for Kohat Hospitals, Free Camps to Combat Leishmania

Kohat: A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Kohat Deputy Commissioner Kohat Mr. Abdul Karam in which Additional Deputy Commissioner General, District Health Officer Kohat, Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital/ Liaquat Memorial Hospital and other concerned officials participated. In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion about the problems of the hospitals. In the meeting, 16 million was approved for the provision of medicines and other facilities, out of which 11 million was allocated for DHQ Hospital and 05 million for Liaquat Memorial Hospital. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Kohat Mr. Abdul Karam issued orders to set up free medical camps under the supervision of skin specialist doctors in Tehsil Lachi and Dara Adam Khel of District Kohat to deal with the skin disease Leishmania to provide all possible relief to the people.
