Fifteen-year-old visually impaired performer Fawad Alam has won the first season of Pakistan’s Got Talent, securing the title after his singing and musical talent earned him the highest number of public votes in the grand finale.
The sixth-grade student emerged as the winner of the 17-episode talent show after competing against dozens of performers. He received a trophy and a new car as prizes for his victory.
Fawad’s musical journey
Fawad attracted audiences from the beginning of the competition with his love for music and confident performances. Despite his visual impairment, he progressed through multiple stages of the show and eventually reached the final.
In the finale, viewers’ votes determined the winner, with Fawad receiving the highest number of votes and becoming the inaugural champion of Pakistan’s Got Talent.
His achievement has also highlighted the abilities of children with disabilities, as his performances demonstrated how talent and confidence can help performers compete on a national platform.
