In Lodhran, a young man made a false report to the police about his cousin being forced into marriage after she got married elsewhere. According to the police spokesperson, the young man wanted to marry his cousin, and when she married someone else, he falsely informed the police that she was being forcibly married. The spokesperson explained that the young man called emergency services at 15, and the police arrested him, registering a case under the Telegraph Act.
