Women University Swabi organized a certificate distribution ceremony to appreciate the efforts of student proctors in maintaining smooth discipline during the four-day Sports Gala 2025. The event also included a day spent at Bam Khail Sports Complex, where students diligently performed their duties.
Speaking on the occasion, Registrar Dr. Raisa Bano acknowledged the crucial role of proctors in ensuring order and discipline. She stated, “You are our eyes and ears. If you witness anything unethical or improper within the university, report it to us, and we will take immediate action.” She further praised both the student proctors and Chief Proctor Dr. Rehna for their dedication.
Dr. Raisa Bano also highlighted a significant achievement, noting that over 800 visitors from outside attended the gala for the first time, marking a positive milestone for the university. She expressed optimism that this number would further increase in future events.
Sports Incharge Dr. Neelum also appreciated the team’s efforts and congratulated them on successfully managing the event. Deputy Director Admissions Dr. Rabia Gohar and Additional Director PR and Publications also commended the students’ contributions and distributed certificates to recognize their hard work.
