TALASH:The duration of unannounced electricity shedding has been exceeded for 16 hours in several villages of Talash Dir Lower v. The people of the area have threatened endless protests against the WAPDA department and the district administration and demanded immediate notice.
These views were expressed by Jan Muhammad Khattak, a well-known young social figure of Talash Valley, while issuing a statement to the media representatives after the grand consultative jirga with the regional leaders.
Unannounced and cruel shedding is going on from Fesco WAPDA Express Nasafa Feeder Talash. Because of which the wheel of life has come to a standstill. Heavy electricity bills and illegal electricity load shedding have made life difficult for the people. Lack of electricity during the times of prayers is not fair.Due to the continuous shedding of electricity, water has become extinct in homes and business places. Due to the lack of water, construction work has stopped.
The people of the area are very worried due to lack of water in houses, mosques, educational institutions and religious madrasahs as well as business places. It has been decided that if our demand is not implemented immediately, then we will tear the huge electricity bills from WAPDA and Fesco and start an endless protest on the streets. Once again warned that if the unannounced load shedding of electricity is not ended, then we will protest strongly, including children and women.
