Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday rejected a plea for the impeachment of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in the Tiriya Ak case.
The new chair of the IHC today accepted a motion by Khan not to disclose his daughter in the nomination papers for the 2018 general elections.
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz heard the case.
