According to the details of the Islamabad Capital Police Karachi police station and the Homicide Squad police teams have arrested two accused who were involved in the murder case, said a public relations officer.
He said that on March 26, 2024, Karachi Police Station received an application from a citizen who stated that I am a resident of G-9/2 Sector Islamabad, accused Jawad and Umair opened fire on Ehsan from which he succumbed to his injuries and died in the hospital.
After receiving the application, the Karachi police team registered the FIR number. 307/24. A special investigation team was formed after this incident.
Police teams used all available means and technical and scientific methods and arrested two accused namely Jawad and Umair while further investigation is on.
He said that the police of the capital Islamabad was adopting a policy of zero tolerance towards violence, including injustices and crimes, and the accused involved in it would be brought to justice by taking strict legal action against them.
He further directed all police officers and officials to intensify the crackdown against the criminal elements. “The safety and security of citizens is our top priority and no laxity in this regard will be tolerated.
