Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif’s address to the minority youth
Peshawar ( ) Department of Auqaf, Hajj, Religious and Minority Affairs, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa organized Under ADP a “Capacity Building and Employability Skills Training Program” to more than 1200 youth across the province.
Training was given on communication skills, leadership skills, entrepreneurship, CV making training, interview training, career counseling and competitive exam preparation.
Training were organized in Peshawar, Swat, Abbottabad, Chitral, DI Khan, Kohat
Training camps have been conducted under the program. In which prominent trainers and renowned experts of the country trained the youth. The program was organized in two phases.
Each six-day training camp included more than 80 young men and women from the Christian community, Hinduism, Sikhism and other minorities. Which completed the figure of 1200.
In the training camp, food and training hall, accommodation and other excellent arrangements were made for the participants, trainers and staff.
The Training was to acquire the skill of refinement and presentation.
At the end of the training program, a simple and dignified ceremony was held in Peshawar, in which the chief guest was the Provincial Adviser on Information, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, besides former Special Assistant for Minority Affairs, Minister Zada, Additional Secretary for Endowments, Hajj, Religious and Minority Affairs, Abdul Kabir. Participated in the event.
Addressing the ceremony, former Special Assistant Wazir Zada said that the provincial government is trying for the welfare of the minorities. In this regard, the provincial government has taken many steps and more steps will be taken. Wazirzada further said that the provincial government has allocated quota for minorities in various jobs and the youth should take advantage of them. Wazirzada further said that the provincial government has started minority youth training, scholarship program and Stapind program. Providing facilities and opportunities to the students of the minority community in all educational fields. Former Special Assistant Minister Zada congratulated Consultant Liaison Corporation, Department and youth on the best training program.
Barrister Mohammad Ali Saif, the Chief guest of the event, said that the youth have to work on their character development. High character only rejects personality. Young people should focus all their attention on knowledge and character building. Success can be achieved only with high character. Barrister Saif further said that it is necessary to acquire knowledge for conscious development. We have to change our thinking and bring about change. It is necessary to take action to improve the quality of human life. Education, knowledge and Skills can make human life easier.
Barrister Saif further said that the youth should determine the direction of their lives and the society will move on a better path through individual character building, which will improve the collective life.
The Information Adviser further said that by working on humanitarian basis beyond color, race, caste, language and religion, one can make one’s life and the world a cradle of peace and development. The quality of personality is not riches but high character. Life is the name of struggle, young people are not afraid of competition, only those who compete get success.
At the end of the ceremony, certificates were presented to the participants and commemorative shields to the guests.
