Islamabad: Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) has taken extensive and best measures to facilitate the dignity of tourists in Murree.
Speaking to private news on Friday, TDCP officials said that the organization is taking practical steps to promote tourism in Murree. Foreign and domestic tourists flock to Murree for its scenic beauty and mountain clad mountains to enjoy their trip.
He said, TDCP has started an effective cleanliness campaign at various tourist spots in Murree Hills not only to attract tourists but also to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Sanitation workers to collect plastic waste and ensure a plastic environment, especially in green areas, plastic bottles, containers and shopping bags are a lot of pollution in tourist destinations, he said.
Officials said they appreciate the efforts made by tourists to entertain TDCP with dignity and respect.
It should be mentioned here that Murree is a mountain resort located in the Galyat region as it is formed on the outskirts of Islamabad-Rawalpindi and is located 30 km north-east of the federal capital. Murree is a popular tourist destination for its landscape and beauty.
