The 15-member cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been formed and the ministers included in the cabinet have also taken the oath of office. The governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ghulam Ali took oath from Arshad Ayub, Shakeel Ahmed, Fazal Hakeem Khan, Muhammad Adnan, Adnan Qadri, Aqib ullah and Muhammad Sajjad have been included.
Apart from that, Meena Khan, Fazal Shakur are also included in the provincial cabinet. 5 advisers have also been appointed in the KP government, the advisers include Syed Fakhar Jahan, Muzamil Aslam, Mashal Azam and Muhammad Ali Saif.
It should be remembered that the yesterday, Imran Khan approved the names for the Pakhtunkhwa cabinet when he was consulted by Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan in prison regarding the cabinet, after which the summery was sent to the governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who signed that yesterday.
These ministers were sworn in at 6:30 p.m. It should be remembered that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur also met PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail yesterday in which consultations were held regarding the members of the provincial cabinet.
Surprisingly, the above-mentioned cabinet does not include many big personals including former speaker Mushtaq Ghani, but mostly novice members of the assembly have been given this opportunity.
On the other hand, there are rumors that some members have been ignored since they had adopted full cover-up after May 9. Whatever the reasons may be, the good thing is that now the government has started regular work and very soon these ministers or advisers will also be given their respective portfolios.
However, on this occasion the provincial administrator should step in at full volume to hand over the portfolios in such a way that the members who get the ministries can play their role in the development of the province in a good way.
If the portfolios are shared, then In the future Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur may face difficulties in running the government, as the Pervez Khattak government had to do in the past and expelled its own ministers. It is known even they have leave the party.
Therefore, there is a need for the Chief Minister to give portfolios in his cabinet on merit for a specific time period so that if someone does not perform well, he can be replaced easily.
Now it has to be seen through which strategy CM, Ali Amin runs the government because at present the province is facing many problems especially the development work has been stopped for the last three years.
Due to which the people are very worried, especially the youth are facing employment problems. Due to which they are always seen protesting. Therefore, it should be the responsibility of the provincial government to provide such employment opportunities to the youth of the province so that they do not face any difficulties and they contribute to the development of the province.
Especially if the youth is provided with money for employment through easy loan scheme, then they can stand on their own feet’s. Therefore, the provincial government will have to do more work this time than before because it has been elected by the people for the third consecutive time.
That’s why it also increased their hopes that she would do something big for them this time. If seen, two and a half years of the previous government were spent in Corona and two and a half years in political anarchy. For that reason, the minds running the management of the provincial government will have to think about what kind of relief they can give to the people of the province, due to which their problems can be reduced in line for which they are facing problems.
It is hoped that Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Ganda will be aware of all these concerns and problems and he will have done his homework beforehand to solve these problems. Therefore, the people should hope for the good that the incoming government will not only promote good governance but will also fulfill the promises made to the masses.
