SWAT: Swat Police arrested a snatching gang, who robbed citizens at gunpoint. Weapons, motorcycles, mobile phones, cash and jackets have been recovered. District Police Officer Swat Shafiullah Gandapur along with Additional SP Swat Ghulam Sadiq Khan, SP Traffic Swat Badshah Hazrat Khan, SDPO City Amjad Ali , SHO police station Bunr Rahim Khan said in a press conference at the Swat Press Club that on February 6, a tourist, Mohammad Shoaib Afzal, son of Muhammad Afzal, a resident of Karachi, was robbed of mobile phones and cash by two unidentified motorcyclists at gunpoint on Mingora Bypass.
On the report of the plaintiff, the expert investigation team of the police started the investigation by registering a case against the unknown accused in the Bunr police station and gained access to the accused. DPO swat said that while taking action, the police arrested Muhammad Rehan son of Muhammad Nawab and Fazal Wahab son of Syed Rauf, residents of Dagar area of Buner district.

During the investigation, the accused confessed to the snatching incident at Fizagat as well. The police have recovered from the possession of the accused the weapon used in the incident and the motorcycle, including five mobile phones of different brands, a jacket and currency worth thousands of rupees. On this occasion, DPO Swat also distributed certificates of appreciation to police officers and jawans who showed excellent performance.
