Islamabad: Survey Report Based on the Opinions of Silver City Housing Society Members in Rawalpindi
During a conversation with several members of the renowned Silver City Housing Society in Rawalpindi, including Mr. Shamsheer Ali Chandio, Obaidullah, Nabeel Farooq, Babar Shehzad, Aamir Ijaz, Abu Bakr Saleem, Muzammil Akram, Osama Noor, and Farhat Naz, it was observed that all members expressed great satisfaction with the society’s development and other matters.
Our representatives conducted a site visit and spoke with individuals present at the location, who shared that 75% to 80% of the development work has been completed. The necessary NOCs have been obtained from the relevant authorities, and the society’s planning approval has also been secured. Electricity has been acquired from WAPDA, and approval for Sui Gas is expected shortly.
For tube wells and street lights, rates are being procured from companies for the installation of a solar system. This will enable the installation to begin soon, ensuring that members are relieved from the burden of WAPDA bills.
With the completion of development, preparations for handing over possession of plots have been finalized.
All members expressed utmost satisfaction with the society’s administration. According to the administration of Silver City Housing Society, a project completion report will be submitted to the relevant department as soon as the development work is fully completed.
