PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated, “an insult to the people” of the country, that even “giving an impression” that the outcome of the upcoming polls is predetermined, referring to PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif.
He stated: “Even if that’s not true, just giving that impression is an insult to the people” in a podcast conversation with Talha Ahad. […] Although you have served as prime minister three times, tell us what you would like to accomplish.
He said that the legitimacy of the impending general elections was undermined by the former premier’s “lack of campaigning.”
Shehbaz Sharif’s job was “sabotaged” and his authority was undercut during the previous PML-N-led coalition administration, according to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
“I sometimes feel sorry for the man — Shehbaz Sharif sahib was sabotaged from within his own party,” he stated in a podcast interview with Talha Ahad.
The PPP chairman stated that the nation had a “golden opportunity” to control its economy and reorient its development strategy in reference to the monsoon 2022 catastrophic floods.
Nevertheless, he continued, “I saw how, unfortunately, the prime minister’s authority did not work in the same way after that in the finance ministry and a unique approach was taken for which I can give no justification.” The finance minister had been replaced.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has said that, as the party’s nominee for prime minister, he has challenged PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif to a public debate.
When asked why he did not run against Nawaz’s daughter Maryam in a podcast interview with Talha Ahad, Bilawal replied that he just ran against someone who was on par with him. Bilawal is the PPP’s prime ministerial candidate, while Nawaz is the PML-N’s.
The PPP chairman remarked, “I have a great deal of respect for Mian sahib and everyone, but we have no personal issues.”
