According to sources, senior diplomat Shafqat Ali Khan is to be appointed as the new spokesperson of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Khan has served as Pakistan’s ambassador to several countries, including Russia and Poland, showing his extensive diplomatic experience. He currently holds the position of Additional Secretary for Europe at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
An official announcement of his appointment as State Department spokesperson is expected soon.
