Speaking to a private news channel, Imran Sarwar Sheikh, head of the emergency department, said: “One of the main problems is that these vendors use raw ice, which is harmful to bacteria and contains various microorganisms, including bacteria. E.”

“Raw ice can contain traces of dirt, dust and other contaminants from water sources, which increases the risk of contamination,” Imran said.

“People with weak immune systems, children and the elderly are more vulnerable to these health risks,” said Imran.
“Many street joints that sell liquor do not use food grade ice, which can cause health problems,” he said. “The ice used by the traders causes all kinds of diseases,” he said.
“Cold juice can protect against dehydration on a hot summer day, but contaminated water or industrial ice in drinks can lead to loose motion, diarrhea and infection that can lead to jaundice,” said the doctor.
“Precautionary measures should be taken to reduce the potential hazards associated with wet ice,” he said.
