These views were expressed while addressing the annual turban-wearing and certificate-distribution ceremony at Madrasa Arabia Ahsan Uloom Sarai Bala in the Talash area of Lower Dir. Former member of the National Assembly and senior religious scholar Sheikh Quran and Hadith Maulana Muhammad Qasim, while delivering the keynote address as the special guest, further said that one should get their children admitted to religious schools to revive religious sciences and protect them from the bad influences of society. The ceremony was also addressed by renowned religious scholar Sheikh Quran, Hadith Maulana Muhammad Saleh, Maulana Asim Usmani,Tehsil Chairman Mufti Irfanuddin,
Mohtamam Maulana Fawad Ahmed Qasmi and others. The senior religious scholar Sheikh Quran and Hadith Maulana Muhammad Qasim further said that students graduating from religious schools should play their role as role models in the society. So that the deteriorating position of the society can be restored. After graduating from school, they should live as practical scholars. During the ceremony, the graduating students were made to wear turbans and certificates were also distributed to them.
