LOWER DIR: Religious schools are centers for the propagation of Islamic teachings and the strongest strongholds of Islam. They are playing a key role in the revival of the religion of Islam.
These views were expressed by the eminent religious scholar Sheikh Allama Hafiz Noor Ahmad Deen while addressing the annual Dastar Bandi and Khtum-ul-Quran ceremony held at Madrasa Abdullah Ibn Abbas Nari Shah Talash Lower Dir as the special guest. On this occasion, Jamaat-e-Islami Overseas Lower Dir President Hajj Amir Zaman, Jamaat-e-Islami Tehsil Timergara Ameer Maulana Qari Javed Iqbal, Mufti Iftikhar-ur-Rehman, Qari Ghulam Nabi Fateh and the head of this madrasa Maulana Muhammad Farooq and others also spoke. The special guest Sheikh Allama Hafiz Noor Ahmad Deen further said that it is the responsibility of the teachers of religious madrasas to pay attention to the moral formation of the children along with their teachings and education. And to provide the society with people with good character, devout, trustworthy and pure qualities. So that the Islamic society can flourish in our country and a conducive environment can be created for the establishment of the Islamic system and the establishment of religion in this country. Factories for distributing certificates should not be introduced just for the sake of obtaining certificates. Rather, the mindset of the coming generations should be shaped in the mold of the Quran and Sunnah. So that they become role models in the society and think of the good example of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Parents should also not leave the education and upbringing of their children to religious schools and modern educational institutions, but should also keep an eye on their children themselves. Certificates and shields were also distributed among the graduating students on the occasion of the annual Dastaar Bandi and Khatam-ul-Quran of Madrasa Abdullah Ibn Abbas R.A.
