ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad on Tuesday approved the two-day physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Information Minister Raoof Hasan in a fresh terrorism case a day after the District and Sessions Court. the federal capital sent him, along with other suspects, to judicial custody for 14 days in a case of anti-state propaganda.
The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of the police today arrested a PTI leader in a fresh case, a prosecutor said.
The prosecutor alleged that Janjua received Rs 300,000 from Hasan to “spread terror”.
