Famous actor Afzal Khan (John Rambo) recently shared his insights into a successful marriage, offering valuable advice to married men. Appearing on a private TV morning show alongside actor Saud, Rambo spoke about the importance of respect in a relationship.
When asked about the key to a successful marriage, Rambo explained that if men respect their wives, people may think they are afraid of them, but in reality, no one is afraid of their wife. It’s about showing love and respect. He emphasized that any man who doesn’t respect his wife or any woman isn’t truly a man.
Rambo shared a key piece of advice for married men: when your wife is upset, stay silent. He said that in their marriage, when his wife gets angry, he remains quiet, and when he gets angry, she remains quiet. This prevents arguments from escalating. He added that if a man remains calm when his wife is angry, she will eventually admit her mistake and even offer him a cup of tea.
Rambo further advised that men should avoid responding when their wives speak in anger, as it can lead to unnecessary conflict. He also humorously mentioned that if men answer back, their wives may call their mothers, which can make the situation worse.
Rambo and his wife, actress Sahiba, are considered one of the most successful couples in the Pakistani showbiz industry. They married in 1997 and have two sons.
