ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) warned the public to use water carefully on Friday, stating that due to the ongoing dry and cold weather, the rainfed areas will continue to be under water stress circumstances the following week.
In its advice, the PMD stated that chilly and dry weather is anticipated for the majority of the nation during the next week due to stable meteorological conditions.
The Punjabi plains will probably continue to have extremely chilly temperatures for the upcoming week.

Patches of dense fog are also expected to persist across the plain regions of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh. Additionally, frost is predicted to fall in Kashmir, the Pothohar region, which includes Islamabad, and the upper regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Light snowfall and rain are falling over the mountains.
