The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain-thundershowers and thunderstorms in the upper parts, while dry weather with strong winds is expected elsewhere in the country.
According to the weather forecast, fresh rain is likely in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), upper and central Punjab, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Kashmir in the next 12 to 18 hours.
Dry weather is expected in most of the country on Wednesday, with strong winds/winds in the south. The maximum temperature was recorded at 42°C in Mithi and 41°C in Thatta, Dadu and Chhor.
However, isolated parts of Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas are likely to witness thundershowers.
According to the weather forecast for India’s illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar, Jammu, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla are expected to experience cloudy skies with intermittent rain and thundershowers.
