Havelian: Volunteer Society Islamabad has established a Quran library in Model Institute of State Children Havelian. The library has been kept with Quran and other Islamic books for the students to study. They will encourage the extracurricular activities of the students of Zamong Corps. These views were expressed by the Central Chairman of Volunteer Society Islamabad Mehr Shahryar while addressing a ceremony held at Model Institute of State Children Havelian. On this occasion, Assistant Director Institute of State Children (Zamong Corps) Malik Adnan Murad thanked the Coordinator of Volunteer Society Mehr Shahryar and his team. Mehr Shahryar said that the maintenance of the children of Model Institute of State Children Havelian is the responsibility of the government and other personalities. He said that the upbringing of helpless and destitute children is a moral duty of social institutions and society. Mehr Shahryar presented a library gift to Model Institute of State Children Havelian on behalf of his organization. Assistant Director Institute Malik Adnan Murad, the owner of the State Children’s Orphanage, thanked the Volunteer Society for their cooperation and said that the Model Institute of State Children’s Orphanage, under the supervision of the provincial government, is the best institution in Hazara, which has arrangements for the upbringing and education of more than 100 orphans.
